The Arts Council of Moore County (ACMC) is a not-for-profit organization celebrating over 30 years of promoting awareness and appreciation of the arts in Moore County, North Carolina. By offering quality programs in the performing, visual and literary arts to residents of all ages, ACMC fulfills its mission to support, promote and develop arts and arts education throughout Moore County.
Sandhills Community College
The mission of Sandhills Community College is to provide educational programs of the highest quality to all the people of Sandhills. This year, Sandhills Community College has teamed up with the Moore Philharmonic Orchestra, offering students at Sandhills college credit for their participation in the Orchestra as well as hosting rehearsals in Wellard Hall Room 101 and concerts in Owens Auditorium.
